I love when Vanagon owners come up with custom ideas. This van has custom upholstery that is Burberry-esque. It’s a homemade Syncro, but it has character. Click through for the pics.

If anyone knows what kind of camper this is, please comment below. This is a very interesting high top in that it’s not really that high. It looks to be a mid 1980’s van. It has a luggage area in the back of the roof and some interesting front mounted driving lights.

This gorgeous 1989 VW Transporter has been meticulously restored. She originally included a 2.0 diesel engine but now has a Ford 2.3 V6 conversion. The paint and white wall tires caught my eye. The white walls add such a nice touch as it compliments the white roof. The roof rack and clear turn signal lights also add a nice touch. I’d love to drive this van.

I love vans like this. It looks old but it has a lot of character. It was for sale recently, and I really wish we had pictures of the interior. Unfortunately, we will simply have to admire this one from the outside. It has a white roof that includes a roof rack. She also has driving lights mounted on the bumper. The ad says the interior includes a fold down bed, sink with water tap, built in cupboards, Leisure battery, and Electric hook-up.

Check out the bed cover on this gorgeous Doka. The pain job is impeccable and every detail of this truck has been carefully crafted. Check out the smaller side view mirrors and the painted pumped. Awesome job!

This double decker Westy appeared on Craigslist in San Francisco. Very cool.

For sale I have my Vanagon Syncro AWD double deck westfalia custom made for Donald Trump. It has served us well, we take it to the north pole every year for vacation. We are looking for a newer vehicle that can accommodate my family. This vanagon has an updated engine conversion to a Ferrari Formula One, V12 engine twin turbo (it takes 100 octane super premium gas and it gives an amazing 3 miles to the gallon). It also comes with its own nuclear plant (new Mr. Fusion just installed by GoWesty) and a new flux capacitor. I’ll accept trades, what do you have? I might take your house in Los Gatos or Palo Alto.

screen-vents-1

Hardtop owners know how difficult it is to get screens for the Vanagon. Yes, you can purchase screens for the front windows, but it’s a hassle to install every time you might want to use them. We found this new take on using vents as screens. It looked cool at first, but when we tried it we found we didn’t get enough air flow in the van. We even reversed the vents so the air would theoretically flow in, but we had little success. Here is another take from James Tu. The only problem here is James is in Taiwan and his website is in Chinese. So, have a look at the pics and maybe you can figure out how he did it.
