Anyone know what kind of wheels these are? They definitely caught my eye. This Westy has a lot going on with the South African grill, side ladder, rocket box, and the lowered stance, but the wheels are unique.

How would you like to add an inclinometer from an old 4-Runner to your Vanagon dashboard? The Samba user, Syncroincity, apparently pulled off the hack on his Vanagon. He has a lengthy post on The Samba about his Vanagon build, but unfortunately gives little details about his inclinometer. He repainted it so it now includes a Vanagon stencil on it, but gave no other details. He mounted it on the dash right behind the ash tray. It looks great! Click through to see one more pic.

The title of this post says it all. This user decided to make use of the rear cabinet to organize some tools. He even used the space under the cabinet for a pull out tool drawer. Click through for the full size pic.

We have seen loads of custom Vanagon interiors, but this has to be at the top of the list. This interior was created by Rhino Design Studio for a couple who lives in their van full time. The rear closet is twice the size of the Westy closet, and the cabinets are so much nicer. It has an upgraded refrigerator, sink and stovetop, and lots of storage space. Click through for more.

This double cab VW truck is nice and clean. I love the dark roof color that matches the wheels. The paint job looks fresh and clean and this guy is ready for whatever. It’s hard to find such a clean truck these days.

This T3 owner made his own custom railings for his truck. The wood adds a nice touch to this dark truck. All she needs now is a set of new wheels!

Most bike racks and trays go on modified rear bumpers. This time, The Samba user mblotz decided to mount his bike on the front bumper. He modified a Rocky Mountain Westy front bumper to accommodate his bike. It looks very strong and keeps the bike out in front.

This interior looks brand new thanks to a nice upholstery job. The Samba user, kevtherev, posted the interior pics of his van. The headrests have been made to be solid, and everything matches perfectly in this vinyl interior. The door panels are new, and check out the leg rest behind the passenger’s seat. That’s the perfect place to relax!

If you read this blog often, you know we just installed 3 US12220 battery equivalents in our van. We couldn’t get the actual UB12220, but we installed PowerSonic batteries in the same formation. The Samba member, westyventures, did one better by installing 4 batteries, and his installation looks great. Click through for more.
